I am a licensed professional counselor and supervisor with 13 years of experience, providing counseling and mentorship in many different specialty areas. I am currently licensed in Alabama, California, Florida and Utah where I provide telehealth counseling. I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist, and my therapeutic approach aims to provide support and practical feedback to help clients meet their goals. If you don’t feel like you know your goals that’s not a problem! I love helping my clients re-discover or in some cases discover for the first time, how amazing they already are! Next, we work together to figure out an action plan to help you live your best life! Nearly all humans experience occasional difficulties that can interfere with their success or sense of well-being. Some need help with depression or anxiety. Perhaps the issues are surrounding parenting or an inability to regulate emotions in relation to a work concern.
